Hello and Welcome to Landmark Print Pte. Ltd. (“Landmark Print,” “we,” “us” or “our”). Access to, or use of our website implies that you have agreed to and are bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Read them thoroughly and then go on with your transactions.
Acceptance of Terms
Using or visiting the Site, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Unless you feel comfortable with any of these terms, then avoid using our services.
General Terms
- Governing Law: All dealings and activity of the Site are subject to the laws of Singapore.
- No Walk-In Clients: We are a strictly online-only company. Our orders should all be made via our site; we do not take walk-in customers in our office.
- Product Availability: Availability applies to all the products and services. We have the right to cancel or change products and services at any time without any notice.
Orders and Acceptance
- Order Submission: Orders are said to be submitted after payment is received. Before confirming your order, please make sure that everything is right.
- Order Acceptance: Landmark Print has a right to either accept or decline any order. Order confirmation is no guarantee of acceptance.
- Price Changes: Pricing is liable to change at any time. The price that will be applied to your order will be the price at the time payment.
File Submission and Proofing
- Customer Responsibility: It is the customer duty to make sure that every file that must be printed is accurate and error-free. When we submit files, we do not look at the contents.
- Proofreading: It is most recommended to read through all files carefully before making an order. We do not take any of responsibility of mistakes in the final product caused by the negligence of the customers.
Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: We take different payment options as shown on the Site.
- Non-Refundable: All monies are non-refundable. Before settling your payment, please confirm the information that was entered in your order.
- Late Payments: In case an account is delinquent, a finance charge of 2% monthly (annual percentage rate of 24%) can be charged on the outstanding amount.
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Terms: The shipping terms are F.O.B. Shipping point. Landmark Print will not be responsible to delays, losses and damages after the shipment of order.
- Courier Services: We offer courier booking services to meet your requirements. But we are not a courier company, and the delivery times are also dependent on the courier and his schedule.
- Delivery Time: Although we aim to deliver orders between 3-5 working days, the delivery time can vary, based on the complexity and size of the order.
- Urgent Order: The customer will have an opportunity to choose the URGENT PRINT, which is faster to handle.
Cancellations and Amendments
- None of the Cancellations: When an order has been placed and payment has been made then it is not possible to cancel it.
- No Amendments: Once orders have been submitted it is impossible to make changes to them. Make sure that you have everything right and then confirm your order.
Returns and Refunds
- No Refunds: Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept any refund.
- Defective Products: In case of an order that is defective or was processed in error, then it is necessary to contact us within two business days of delivery. Orders that are poorly processed will only be reprinted or resent.
- Replacement Conditions: Only in case we eventually decide that the order was defective or incorrect, we will provide a replacement. We will not refill orders that have been used, or which have incomplete items.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability
- No Warranties: Landmark Print offers no express or implied warranty as to the products or services offered.
- Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible of any incidental or consequential damages caused by using or failing to use our products or services.
- Indemnification: You will indemnify and hold Landmark Print harmless against any claims, damages or expenses resulting out of your use of our products or services.
Intellectual Property
- Indemnification: Landmark print owns all the contents of the Site such as text, graphics, logos as well as images and this is safeguarded by intellectual property laws.
- Restriction of Usage: You are not allowed to use, reproduce or distribute any content through the Site without the written consent of Landmark Print.
Privacy Policy
When you avail our services, you agree with how your personal information is collected and used as provided in our Privacy Policy.
Modifications to Terms
Landmark Print may at any time make changes to these Terms and Conditions. Any modification will be updated on this page and the effective date will also be revised. It is upon you to revise these terms regularly.
