Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Landmark Print, we will be determined to provide high-quality printing solutions in a timely and efficient manner. This Delivery and Shipping Policy is to provide information on our procedures and expectations to provide a smooth experience to our esteemed customers.

Shipping Terms

  • Shipping Terms: All shipments are done at Free On Board (F.O.B.) Shipping Point. This implies that when your order comes out of our plant, the goods become your responsibility, the buyer. Delays, damages and losses that may occur in the course of transit are not our liability.
  • Courier Services: Although we offer booking services of a courier to make your life easier, it is worth mentioning that we are not a courier company. The courier handles and has timelines in relation to delivery times. After placing your order, the courier company is in charge of delivering your order.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver orders in 3-5 working days. Deliveries can however take different times according to the complexity and volume of the order.
  • Urgent Orders: To speed-up processing, clients can choose to print URGENT on the checkout instructions. This service is supposed to shorten the turnaround time thereby providing quicker delivery.
  • Express Services: There are express printing services on certain products like name cards and posters. In the case of our Express Name Cards, the cards are printed and shipped to the customer in 1-2 working days upon artwork approval.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are determined by the size, weight and destinations of your order. These prices will be shown at the point of checkout.
  • Fees: There can be a handling fee in addition to shipping expenses to cover the cost of packaging and processing a shipment.
  • Payment Responsibility: The buyer has to cover all the shipping and handling cost of their order.

Delivery Locations

  • Service Area: We are presently providing delivery services in Singapore. International shipping is not offered yet.
  • Delivery Address: When giving the delivery address, it should be an accurate complete address. Delays or failure to deliver by Landmark Print is not caused by wrong or incomplete addresses.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking information through email after your order has been dispatched. With this information, you are able to view the status of your delivery.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Since the delivery will be successful, you will be sent a confirmation email. Unless you receive this email in the right time, it means you have to call our customer support team.

Issues with Delivery

  • Damaged or Lost Items: If your order is damaged in transit or lost, then you should contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order. We will discuss with the courier company to have the issue sorted out as soon as possible.
  • Missing Items: In case you have been provided with an incomplete order, it is necessary to inform us at once. We shall enquire into the case, and have the missing things delivered as speedily as may be.
  • Wrong Orders: In case you suspect you have been issued with the wrong items, then please call us within 2 working days. We shall confirm the problem and do the necessary act to rectify it.
